I’ve been using AdSpy recently for Facebook ad research, but honestly I’ve been a bit disappointed with the overall experience.
The database is huge, but a lot of the ads seem outdated, overused, or heavily focused on generic ecommerce products. As someone still relatively new to affiliate marketing, I’m finding it difficult to discover fresh winning angles, newer creatives, or active campaigns that are actually relevant right now.
A few issues I’ve been facing:
* Too many old or inactive Facebook ads
* Hard to filter genuinely fresh creatives
* Most results are saturated ecommerce offers
* Limited insight into newer affiliate-style funnels/hooks
* Difficult to identify ads that are currently scaling
What I’m really looking for is a tool/platform that helps with:
* Finding trending Facebook ads earlier
* Discovering fresh affiliate marketing angles
* Studying high-converting creatives and hooks
* Tracking active advertisers
* Better filtering for affiliate offers instead of just dropshipping/ecom
Would appreciate recommendations from people actively running Meta ads or affiliate campaigns in 2026.
Which spy tools are actually worth paying for right now?
And are there any underrated methods for finding winning ad angles beyond traditional spy tools?
