I recently updated my payment method because my previous card had expired. About a day later, my ad account was restricted for “suspicious activity.”
I’ve already submitted the requested verification, but so far support hasn’t provided much clarity on the issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar after changing payment details?
How long did it take for your account to be reviewed and restored?
Were there any additional steps you had to complete beyond the initial verification?
Did Meta provide a specific reason for the restriction, or was it resolved without much explanation?
